Wow, that's an amazing picture. The whole thing goes together very nicely. The only problem I have with it is that the clothes are very plain and not very defined or as detailed as the hair or background.
What I always say to myself is this: never say your drawing or your art is good enough, always tell yourself you can do better. Always improve.
I'm sure if you work on your weak points, then you can become a very good artist someday.
