yes,i know hebrew and i can say to you what this letters means,there are only three,in the start of the name,ן,ל and ק.the order the are sorted bring meanless.
ן - give the voice like N does,but this letter is only in the finish of a word,if it ends with the voice N.
ל - give the voice like L does.nothing special.
ק - give the voice like K does.nothing special.
קלן as write there,is meanless,when i try read it i read "kelen" but it seems only like a name.
oh,and israel in hebrew is israel,but you dont say israel like izrael(the S when you say it in english sounds like Z)we say actually how it write,with S,it is just hard to you the english speackers spell it right this way.

Don't know if there's a connection between them but for my character, I found the name into a great book about Angels hierarchy, and Israel was the Angel of Death, the Hell doors gardian (my character is the Hell doors gardian too so I pick the name)
