HURRAAAYYYY!! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MEOW-CHAN-SAMA!! 
Today marks the day that the great and wonderful ~littlemeow first joined deviantART, one year ago! CONGRATULATIONS TO HER on being here for a year and being... well... very sucessful! May she stay here for many more years to come because WE ALL LOVE YOU MEOW-CHAN-SAMA!
Now onto the pic...
I drew it yesterday whilst with my friends... I remembered that her dA'nniversary was somehwere between today and two days after... I just couldnt remember EXACTLY which day so yea. xDD For this pic I decided I would draw her OC, Neko the Moon Guardian. I really liked the revamp pic of her (which can be seen here: [link] ) so I printed it out when I first saw it... like I do with a lot of her art... and it came in handy. xDD Neko is such a fun character to draw and her colors are so fun! I had a lot of fun with this piece, although it could have came out better. And hopefully I got the colors right... or close. xDD and I kindof added a bow at the back of her dress... sorry Meow-sama... hope you don't mind.
I really dont like how the face came out... I dont know why. xDD I think its the eyes. They looked fine inked and everything but when I colored them I think I killed them. TTwTT And I have no idea why I drew a million stars around her when shes a MOON Guardian... but I guess it would look kinda strange with a million Moons floating around her. XD Yea...
I dont think I have anymore to say about this pic.. xDD I thought I'd have more but I guess not. xDD

This was probobly THE most fun pic I've ever done in my life.
