Oh, for tips...I'd say just keep drawing no matter what and don't get discouraged. I promise you that you'll get better as long as you keep practicing. Oh, and keep ALL of your art so you'll be able to look at it in the future. Compare your work from like a year later to now. I guarantee you'll see some improvement. :]
