Description
For All Hallow's Eve of 2008, I decided to be Wario, and my friend would be Waluigi.We made a good team, however our costumes were never quite finished. We ordered the hats off eBay, but they never arrived.
You can't see it in this picture, but I even had the green pointy shoes.
And yes, that is from Nintendo Power magazine.

I didn't make clothes. I found a pair of overalls and removed the color (apparently jeans are actually tan), then dyed them purple. The rest was easy enough.
