Wow..... i finally finished it..... :yay: This took me three weeks and a lot of research.Well, i figured, she's eccentric enough, she'd be cool as a Sailor Scout. So here she is>>>>>> Sailor Gaga! ^_^*

No. I don't think a collar makes them a Senshi or not. Just like having Standard fuku don't mean they're not a senshi. Plus, she's modeled after Lady Gaga. Nothing about her is Normal or standard. Lol.

haha. no i didn't. the one i have makes me angry. i just dd everything in seperate layers and used the smudge tool to soften them. I may end up lightening her eye lashes though...... not sure yet ^_^*
