Initially, I feel the need to say that your artwork here is utterly spectacular. The technique you have implemented is utterly spectacular. It is noticable to me that you applied yourself to the fullest with your uncut collection of skills. The form of this creation is exactly conforming for the mood that I think you are striving to capture, but in any case this comment is probably nongermane. But, I contemplate that your use of shape could of been approached differently as I see that it can't match the elegance found in the whole of the art piece. To complete this critique I would like to say that it has been a thrill to write this critique for you and I feel it will allow you to increase the quality of your already masterful piece.

I must say, this piece is wonderfully made. I especially love how Latios' body looks as if it's faded. It truly emphasizes the "illusion" look that is trying to be conveyed.
However, I do see one flaw. The Mew beside Latios stands out a bit, maybe even too much. In short, Mew doesn't really fit in; the pink body stands out amidst all the blue. Perhaps Shiny Mew would have been a better choice?
Other than Mew, I see absolutely no errors with this piece.
This piece is beautiful, and I envy your style.

I find the report about the work very useful: even if I don't draw with SAI, I can imagine the structure of levels and colors. It's insipiring for me ; )
