The orange goes well with the sepia look of the picture

I liked it too. I've been back there several times but never saw the bike again.

Believe it or not the orange colour is fairly close to the original. Very metallic.

Thanks. I tried not to push it too far. The detail on the rear tyre came out well I thought.

I bet it does! Have you printed it yourself (i.e. with which printer if I may ask) of did you have it printed from a printshop?

Hi. I have an Epson Photo 1400 that my friend gave me when he upgraded recently. There are some issues. I have a HannsG HH241 (24") screen which is calibrated with a Spyder4 pro. I printed it via Photoshop CS6 an told the printer to let photoshop manage the colours as that seemed best as the image was finished there. The image as viewed on here, on 500px or anywhere else has a tobacco tint to the background, which is what I intended. However printed out the background is more grey and nowhere near as good. It seems that there is as much to know about printing as there is to making the image in the first place. The detail is great though. You can see the metal flakes in the paint.

I had similar issues with my Cannon Pixma. Water that should have had a green cast would turn out brown. I figure that I am going to have to find something to calibrate the printer too. You'd think that devices at this level would communicate and use the same profiles.
