Oooh Sally this is perfect ! :'D That poor bunny must run away for his life before he gets eat by Meya
The first panel is really beautiful ! First, the pose is awesome 
Second panel, the bunny looks so scared ! o3o Poor thing ! His anatomy is amazing, you're good at drawing everything xD I like the angle you choose, because it feels like we were Meya looking at the rabbit. I also like that the background is blurred a bit, it feels like Meya is really more concentrate on the bunny !
Third panel, wooo those poses are amazing ! It's nice that you show this panel instead of just jumping to the last one, it gives more flow to the action and the page ;D I love Meya's face and anatomy on this one, and again, you really respected well the light source. Great job ! ^o^
Last panel is amazing too ! I love how you made the eyes, they're so beautiful and real looking *O* The shadings are so detailed and beautiful. You really made a good job ;D
Anyway, I love your comic so far ! ^o^ Can't wait to see more, and you really improved since the first time you upload it (:

this is beautiful! It's awesome what you can do in SAI. I dunno how to make the panels like that, i do only black lines to divide pictures to panels(hope you understand me, I am bad at explaining things)

I select with the "select square" tool and fill it in with the bucket! ;3 Then I add the white outlines of them in Photoshop by rubble-tapping the layer and press "lines".
