i came across this photo by ~dkittystockage , and felt really inspired to do something with it. due to my poor photoshop skills, i can never do what i imagine, so this is what came out of a lot of tries.i hope i didn't ruin it
thanks to ~m-master for the support and advice
oh and the title i just liked that 'phrase', i saw it on the internet somewhere and i gave it a personal meaning (don't know what it really means for the person who wrote it first ).

Great manip!! Looks very "summer-ish" to me for some reason. The photo is a little bit blurry, but that's not your problem. The brushes are really cool and the colors are very nice as well... as I said, they remind me of summer. Last but not least, the title is simply awesome... Congrats!!
