Well, first of all are they homophobic? I would go to your very best friend first and explain that you are bisexual, but not attracted to her. If you have someone you can trust and talk to about it, you can slowly break it to everyone.

I'm in the same dilemma. (a year late but who cares wheeeeee!)
But unlike kate, it seems, my best friend, seemingly, is homophobic. Another close friend of mine decided she was lesbian, and my best friend told me she's no longer comfortable around her. Any advice for THAT?

Thank you thank you THANK YOU for making this. I'm so sick of my gay friends thinking I'm gay and in the closet and my straight friends thinking I'm gay and in the closet. What's wrong with liking both?

Nothing, that's what. XD

THANK YOU. Omg, sooo using this~ hahaha.

I hate when people think of bisexuals as 'confused' or 'in a phase' or using it as a 'fad'. Though some DO use it as some sorta 'Fad' to get attention, and that SERIOUSLY pisses me off, but HEY. Not all of us do that people~ WOO! Awesome stamp! >W<

Haha that's why I made it, I hate the whole "You're confused!" thing because it IS possible to be attracted to the opposite gender as well as the same gender, I don't get why people think it's so far fetched. I know people who have been "bi" for a fad or who have grown out of it, which I don't really know if its possible sense I was bi curious when I was 12

Pfft, I knew I was bi at like 13/14, so yeah. I'm sure it was possible, hahaa. I just never told anyone for the longest time, I had trust issues, and didn't know if my friends were close enough/open enough to accept me, etc. But now I'm happy that I got it out in the open, etc. Haven't told my parents, but eh. I don't feel I need to do that till I bring home a boyfriend and/or a girlfriend and they wonder why I have a gf. and then yeah |D lolz

i kinda have trust issues too. and i've know sense i was like 10 but i just kept ignoring that i happened to like girls too. and im an artist. so when i drew nude woman i thought it was normal to think they were beautiful.... i wasn't ashamed of it... but im SO close to my girl friends.... i don wanna mess things up between us... :[ and i just..... dont even feel the need to come out. only i feel like my friends may feel betrayed if i dont tell them and they find out some other way...... what do i tell them??? any advise? how should i bring it up? its not exactly the BEST conversation starter.... i kinda dont know where to go from here....

hmm. I mean, if you think they will be understanding and completely okay with it and have friendship continue as normal...GO FOR IT. If you think it would just make them feel a bit akward...maybe wait a bit?

if you think they'd hate, make fun of you, or disown you as a friend....they don't deserve to be your friend in the first place.

yeah... i may just end up waiting. i mean dont get me wrong, my friends dont hate bi/gay/ect. ppl, i just think it would be weird for me to tell them when we're so close....

That's so cool! I like the slogan, because the supposed "bisexuals" I know are notoriously confused. Nice to know someone breaks the stereotype. I also didn't know those were the colors for bisexuals either, they're nice. I also like the little smiley at the bottom, it's very cute.
