I literally only used my Rattata and switched to my Haunter to heal up my Rattata in that battle. XDDDD I owned all of Red's pokemon with a Rattata. XDD Red be mad.

While it sucks compared to other species of pokemon (Beat it with a level 1 Magikarp lol), it is actually one of the strongest Rattata's in the game, and gives out the most EV/IV. I wonder if catching it is a good idea.
