Ah, the angst. This is oldish but it was a lot of fun in it's own way. If you don't know, the Hanahaki disease is a fictional disease where unrequited love causes a person to cough up flowers. I don't remember why exactly, but the flowers are definitely linked to Roman in some way. Gotta love that prinxiety angst.Related content
