Seeing this picture makes me think that--if Lore had a can of spray paint--he'd tag federation ships for shits and giggles. I mean, he wouldn't need to breathe in space. He could just wait at docking stations for ships to arrive and float on out and make his mark. The only trouble would be finding paint that didn't fly away in the gravity. But it's Star Trek--i'm sure there's something suitable for space tagging.
