It's the overall look of the character. Dark skin and tennis shoes are not the only contributing factors.

When people "label" shit with "graff/hip hop/urban" theyre just proving how insanely limited their vocabulary is. Especially in this case where you werent even propping dude up.. you just had some random comment that didnt sever as a cirt or a pat on the back. Just lame waste of space.
