I'm going to say this here even though I usually don't really comment on people's behavior on DD's because it's always so stupid, I usually prefer to keep quiet.
Look, the concept of "art" nowadays is anything presented as art; that means that as well as these knees can look like vaginas to you, a guy once let a dog starve to death and presented that as art. I don't mean to comment on what is or what isn't art but my comment comes to prove that there are tons of different people and different styles in the world. None of you paid for this artist to draw this piece, none of you bought this piece and none of you DID this piece; that been said, you are all allowed to comment NICE stuff about how the knees don't look great in YOUR OPINION or something like that but just because someone pointed out this deviantion as a DD, it doesn't mean you guys can come here and talk bad things about the art that have no other intention but offend the artist and, worst of all, it's usually out of envy because "This kind of thing gets a DD and I don't, why is it? Why does every little thing gets a DD now and not me?"
The great thing about DA is that we all get to know people with different styles and different tastes. Has anyone ever seen a portrait by Picasso? Do you honestly think that if art had to go exactly as you expect to look like it would be any fun or fullfilling? Grow up, people.
I like the coloring, I like the style and I like the lineart in this. If you don't like the artist's style, go ahead: comment, leave a review "not my thing" or something like that but to come here and offend someone when they just got their art recognized is the type of thing expected from a spoiled brat who's completely jealous. And in b4 someone goes " I can do better than this, I don't need to draw like this, thi is ugly." It's not the art you're envious of, you just want to get the attention.
The artist simply created an account, posted a piece of art they commited hours to and got lucky to be recognized amongst a sea of talented people; if you're not fond of their work, just get over it and wait for the next day's deviantion. But if you're not going to comment something productive about something you think the artist need to work on, than don't say anything at all. I find it really hard that a couple of knees featuringMore Girl-uitar action.

The great thing about art is the possibility we all have to create things that don't exist and give them face and soul so who cares for unrealistic knees for crying out loud? What's the point of drawing if we can't use imagination in the first place?
