The map was up front about the treasure, and now she is big up front. The fun part will be getting out, through all the tight squeezes and other places that require her to be nimble.
Or when they get back to town, and she has to report to her guild that she will be unavailable for missions for a while.
Then she goes to the wizards, and tells them to find a cure. She will get so many people there eager to help out, examine the situation closely, etc. It will take a lot of treatments that have to be rubbed on the affected are most likely.
Or she could stop by the dairy farmer, and have him bring out a stool and bucket to reduce them slightly. This will be a temporary solution, and she will need to visit him every day.
