Description
Before I made it to Nowi's chapter, I decided for whatever reason to just have fun and change to a Dark Mage instead of Mercenary (I'll get Armsthrift later, whatevs). But from doing that, I started thinking a lot about this one comic from the 4 Koma anthology that explains Mages can walk on the sand easily because they use magic to keep themselves a float and thought about how'd that work when paired up.

It ended up being silly, Vaike of course fell over because he couldn't keep balance trying to run in the air or something when he's just supposed to let himself gently float. Some people asked "How would it work with horses" and dang it, now I'm thinking about that now too.
