Connor is a man of his power, a power he has always been ashamed of, a power he must have to accept for the rest of his life. But also, in the eyes of the Foundation, Connor faces countless experiments as a D-Class, most often dealing with dangerous SCPs, because of his power, a power that he is unconsciously able to come back to life in a new body that retains everything from his previous life (Clothing, memories, etc.) that was in his possession before death. Despite his regenerative abilities, he is still subjected to painful experiences when killed. As for the Foundation, the earlier experimentation was initially successful, but as the experiments progressed, the indirect casualties of staff and even some SCPs as a result of the experiments became more serious. The Foundation expressed some concern as a result of this. The O5 Council was only vaguely aware of this. The majority of the O5 members agree to continue the experiments with the increased security budget. Only two O5s had not raised their hands in support of this proposal. One O5 member wishes to halt the experiment and seek psychological tension, recommending a therapist Dr Natalie Powers to continue working with Connor for moral reasons. Another O5 member has a completely different proposal; rather than continuing "pointless" experiments that have already proven what Connor is capable of, and psychological treatment that has no value of his capability, this O5 member wishes to use Connor as a potential tool for the greater good of the Foundation as a weapon of mass destruction given how many indirect deaths Connor had caused. O5-4 was the member who proposed the idea. Because of Connor, and his one-of-a-kind ability, this piqued O5-4's interest.

When Connor was called by O5-4, Dr Natalie Powers after reading a document about Connor's past and hearing about the news of this meeting with one of the overseers, she felt of sense of worry. Thinking "Why would this O5 want from him? This doesn't feel right." As Connor approaches O5-4, O5-4 decides to reveal himself as Lucifer Magne, or the king of hell himself. Connor initially appears surprised and yet unsurprised that a literal Biblical deity is one of the Foundation's overseers. At first Connor was feeling hesitant about this meeting, but when Lucifer offering him the opportunity of leaving the facility, live a life out of the confinement wishes in an exchange by possessing Connor's power for himself, for the first time in his life Connor felt satisfied with the deal that one day he'll be living a "normal life." A "normal life" that the Fallen Archangel will feel free to use.

"Every growing number of Sinners in Hell though no matter how horrid, is considered to be beneficial for my use, but that's nothing in comparison with Connor, for one day he'll be no longer be affiliated with the Foundation, and when that day comes, the inner-power of this boy will be activated. Having full knowledge of his power and origin, no one, not even the poor Crimson King himself will have full access to control Connor. As if for right now, the only things that are possibly getting in my way is obviously Scarlet, Azrael along with his Exorcists, my God damn father, the O5 Council (especially that bitch Eve ), and even, my own daughter who wishes every Sinners in Hell to be redeemed. When will she learn that not only will this be beneficial for me but for her as well.

Knowing about this boy's power and origin is the reason why he is an excellent tool to defeat my father, Scarlet, annihilate Heaven itself, and finally converting the entirety of humanity into my domain. After all this, I, Lucifer, the King of Hell, and the founder and current executive of the Chaos Insurgency will continue to seek the unknown knowledge - to discover the truth, to cross over and breakthrough and enlighten my daughter, demons, humanity, the Foundation and everyone else with the knowledge they were so afraid to find. I'll make sure to prepare them and tell them that it's not so bad if they're all willing to listen to me instead of the words of the Bible, Quran, Foundation, Mekhane, or whatever such nonsense."

In case if you're wondering, yes this is a fanart crossover between Hazbin Hotel and the SCP Foundation as well as the YouTube series Confinement by Lord Bung . Whoever watches Confinement I want to let you all know I want this to be an alternate reality where the some of the O5 characters are different than ones from the series. I just thought it might be cool to see Lucifer as the Head of the SCP Foundation as his second job. Third job if you count him as the secret head of the Chaos Insurgency.
