Oh, you didn't think Thorne was the only one attending this shindig did you? That'd ruin the opportunity for some interesting drama!!

As the proper heir to the Kitsune Clan and the only son, Tsuki attended the party thrown by the Dragons simply to claim his attempt to make peace with the people that had harmed him.

But then Aoyama makes a rather bold (and by bold I mean stupid) suggestion.
In order to make amends for this "horrible misunderstanding" Aoyama wants to present an idea he's had that will also make the bond between the two families stronger than it's ever been.
Naoko get's uncomfortably close to Tsuki, even going as far as touching him during Aoyama's ramblings.
As a sign of "Peace and future growth for the Clans" Aoyama wishes to give Naoko to Tsuki as his bride and that this party was their meant to be their "Celebration of amends" as well as their engagement party.

Ryuto was not aware of this part of the plan. He was less than thrilled to say the least.

I shouldn't have to say it, but obviously the answer was no for SEVERAL reasons. When pressed on why, Thorne and Tsuki stated that he was never intending on taking a bride because he's gay. They wanted to mention that even if he was straight he'd never take the hand of the woman that literally tried to have their family killed, but they didn't want to cause a stir.

The Dragons were not aware of Tsuki's sexuality.

The reaction? Guess we'll find out in the next piece of lore art!
