Description
This is an African "Tree Squirrel". It was taken at one of those "Well, its Probably Safe, but if you get Eaten its not our Fault"-areas of the Kruger National park. An unfenced and open area but where you can stretch your legs.We have squirrels at home and i was really interested to see this guy, who thankfully didnt simply bolt off when we got close enough to photograph. I love how similar the Squirrels are of North America, Europe and Africa too. Especially their behaviour, and their little paws
Note: They do have tails just like other Squirrels just you cant see it here. The tail is a bit different than my local Squirrels have, its a little longer but a lot less bushy.

I think so too
I think i like squirrels so much for the same reason as i like primates, the way they have human like hands and behaviour similarites in certain ways too.

Can very vicious sometimes though. Never corner a squirrel unless you are prepared to defend yourself lol.
