For the YGO 100 Art Themes: 8. 4kids.I was wondering what to do for the theme and the 4Kids exclusive series Capsule Monsters came to mind. People keep telling me it was another company who made it who were commissioned by 4Kids but other than the movie this is the closest 4Kids has to it's own series of Yu-Gi-Oh so I thought it'd be okay to use it.
So here's Anzu in her outfit from that series with one of the monsters she obtained, Happy Lover.

A little secret here: YRE has an unhealthy love for Capsule Monsters!Anzu x3 The whole two DVDs were just so full of crack, but for whatever random reason I was overly amused by the whole thing, especially whenever Anzu did something. Probably because she didn't make a fool of herself the like boys did XD
And it had such a lovely dose of Anzu x Honda in it, I watched it a couple times just to humor the inner muses and squeal.
Maybe it was the outfit, which looks fantastic here 
<3w<3 Haha, I think I'm going to have to watch this series again just for kicks. And to hear Yami whine and watch him get carried like a little ragdoll by the Dark Magician.

I just can't help but love Capsule Monsters. 
I've lost count of how much I watched the first two episodes for the Anzu/Honda. =3 Especially loved the part where they were running from those giant bug things and him grabbing her arm seemed to be something of a subconscious reaction. Which either says a bit about their relationship or I'm looking too much into things that aren't there. 8D
This was the most fun picture I'd drawn for a while back then I must admit. It's definitely the smile, that's all I can think of. XD So I'm glad you like it too~
The sheer height difference between him and the Dark Magician makes me surprised there's not more in the fandom of the DM raping Yami.

I think I may have to look into this Capsule Monsters series purely for that fabulous outfit and that little guy there. As it's something comissioned by 4Kids, am I correct in assuming we'll have dub voices? Oh well, they're not that bad.
I especially like the boots and belt she has. The first impression I get is that if you bring any discomfort to something special to her, Anzu will be smacking a bitch.
Happy Lover definitely sounds like the type of monster which suits Anzu. ^^

Yeah, the dub voices are in use. I don't know if they made a Japanese version of that series, but I don't think they did. A lot of people hate it just because it's 4Kids of course, but I thought it was amusing. There were loads of funny moments with Honda and Jounouchi. XD
The belt is love. =3 And yes, Anzu does not take abuse lying down.

Bad as 4Kids reputation is amongst anime fans, I can't help but roll my eyes a bit at the fact it's hated because it's 4Kids. Characters? Plot? None of that scoring points?
Of course I can't speak at the moment, but this is a series I intent to look into. Especially now I've been told about funny moments between Honda and Jounouchi. Even if it does turn out to be bad, those two will always make it worth it.

I've actually started to like 4Kids just because they amuse me. o.o People should view them more as being a parody and stop taking them so seriously. XD Though I'll admit that the plot isn't too original it still manages to entertain.
Yeah, there's always so many series to look into and not enough time eh? Yeah, those boys mess about and do some dancing. XD
