Description
I found this 30 day meme floating around a while ago and decided to fill it in for the Layton series.

However, instead of just filling it out I decided to do it using really bad MSPaint doodles, because I love doing really bad MSPaint doodles but rarely get the chance to. They’ll be posted in batches of five and needless to say I won’t actually be doing this meme daily, just whenever I happen to get a row of five pictures done for it. Maybe I won’t even finish it, who can say? XD

Anyway, here’s the questions covered in this entry:

1. Your favorite character
Legal - Not much to say about him that isn’t a spoiler, but I think it isn’t exactly shocking news that he’s my favourite. XD

2. Your least favorite character
Arianna - As always, just because I dislike a character doesn’t mean I have any problem with or disrespect towards anyone who does like that character. And I hope for the same respect in return. So please don’t comment asking me to explain why I don’t like her. This is also my first time trying to draw her; she's actually pretty fun to draw.

3. Character you'd date
Layton - Legal may be my favourite character, but I don’t actually fancy him. That position belongs to Layton himself, with all of his dapper charm. I’m also probably a bit older than most of the people in this fandom, so I tend to gravitate more towards the older characters. XD
…Also, because of the way this has been drawn it looks like Layton is eyeing up Anton. That’s totally coincidental, as I drew all the panels separately then pasted them together when I was done.

4. Character you'd like to go shopping with
Anton - Though not really canon!Anton. I’m more talking about the sassy, gay version of him that I RP as on a Layton RP comm. I don’t even like shopping for clothes, but it’d be worth it just to listen to him babble on about how everything is so fabulous.

5. Character you'd like as your child
Tony - This description has spoilers for Professor Layton and the Spectre’s Call (Last Specter) in, so please don’t read unless you’ve completed the game.
Initially I was trying to decide between Luke or Crow for this one, but then Tony came to mind and I ended up going for him instead. Tony is an amazingly nice kid, giving up his own childhood in order to care for his older sister for a full year, without any help from anyone else. I was amazed at the lengths he went to for her sake in the game and really think he deserves to be cut a break. Which he thankfully was later on. So yeah, I’d pick him so that I could look after him forever. XD
