I see you're drawing traditionally. I noticed you mention you've been drawing on and off for 15 years. That's a lot of time and I can see that you really love art.
If you really want to be able to become good at digital art, I suggest you to try and really invest in it, be it time, effort, and equipment. The road is hard but you should not quit. You may stumble along the way, you may not see the light at the end of the tunnel but you should not quit. Believe in yourself and persevere even when everybody else don't believe in you.

Yeah, traditional work is a love of mine ^_^ I am really committing to it now. I am majoring in art in college now. My biggest struggle was wanting perfection and not fully committing. I'm really excited by my progress this term in my first art class. I am really wanting to invest. I am looking at getting a pen tablet monitor, and trying to decide on programs. I know exactly what you mean about fighting for it even when no one believes in you. I have gotten alot of criticism for the work I have enjoyed doing, and people have discouraged me from pursuing it alot. I will push on, because I love it. Thank you so much for your thoughtful and kind reply
