This is a picture of Lix, the former leader of the Ether Clan. She was appointed too young, causing her a lot of stress. She eventually left due to the amount of pressure that she had to endure, and that action led to the destruction of the four clans.
Nobody knows where she is now, or if she will ever return. We can only hope.
