Bio: Lucian began life as a slave to the vampire warlord, Viktor and his wife Ilona. Together, Viktor and Ilona had a single daughter, Sonja. As a result of the hard labor, Ilona eventually passed away, never living to see the disaster that would eventually unfold in her coven. Viktor, prior to Sonja's execution, was quoted as saying to her "I am grateful your mother died giving birth to you! She won't have to see the traitor you've become!" This being shortly after Sonja pleaded with her father to let her and Lucian go, after reveling, she was pregnant with Lucian's child. Lucian, sadly, had been unaware, though many within his pack suspect he had a hunch but could never prove it.

After Sonja's death, Lucian plotted his revenge. Sadly, no vampire maiden would ever bed another lycan in the following 800 years and so he began to look more closely to science to guide his goals, thus he entrusted his plans in another lycan named Singe, who later discovered Hitomi and Michael Corvin. While their last names were spelled differently, with Hitomi opting to take on the full Corvinus spelling, Michael opted for the shorter form of Corvin. Hitomi also took on her mother's maiden name of Celeste, thus, the search for candidates was often tiresome for the scientist. But when he discovered them both, those within the pack, knew of it.

Lucian however, after finding Hitomi with her son and realizing Dustin was a lycan, debated for days on whether to attack, drain her, or simply ask for her help. Eventually, this indecision making, led to him eventually falling for the headstrong, fiercely protective and fiery tempered jockey. More so when he realized, she'd die to defend her pup. After managing to convince her to let him speak to her, the two struck up a quick friendship, which eventually bloomed in marriage.
