Here is the wonderful fan fiction that gives this image life: Between the Lines
The idea depict a 'slice of life' moment and capture an extremely shy and socially awkward Hinata looking at one of the many paintings that the artist (Sasuke) has made up in his studio. This is happening while an exhibition for his other paintings is going on downstairs. These paintings are what draw these two together.

I'm in love with Sasuke's pose, you made him look so manly.
The way you placed the strokes on Sasuke's paintings make them look 3D, and I feel like I could reach out and pinch one of the strings out. The detail on this piece adds a real life kind of feeling.
