During the Battle Between Deadman and Afterlife that collided into a Prison bus, many people were either killed or injured. One such man was Adrian Gallows, A former US marine until he was shot in the leg and was discharged. he then took a cushy job as a Bush Driver for the Prison. When Afterlife turned a bunch of prisoners into Zed Heads, one of the newly turned zombies attacked Adrian bit into his arm but before it killed him he managed to reach for his gun and shoot it in the head. after the confusion died down, ET's were seeing to everyone and one found Adrian still in the prison bus, Unconscious but alive. word got to some FBI agents about the situation. Adrian was transferred to a lab run by Global-Tek. in theory, the Z virus that was produced by Afterlife should kill anything almost instantly but Adrian was born with an extremely rare blood type and it was Rejecting the Z virus. The virus mutated and became something entirely different. Adrian's skin turned a pale bluish grey, his muscle density grew rapidly and his wounds healed. his eyes shot Open and he broke his restraints. after viciously mutilating everything in his path he escaped. once he made it home he saw himself in the mirror and was horrified. he made a makeshift mask and covered his face with an old army jacket. He then..."Sensed" something, death. whatever the virus had become had turned him into an new breed of living zombie. capable of thought and planning. yet with each passing moment he felt his memories of his former life slipping away save for his military training and his name. his blood could feel those who were undead and it boiled and screamed for him to destroy it. it turned out the "paleskin" Virus could sense the Z virus and instinctively saw it as a competitor for its food source and became overwhelmed with the desire to eradicate it. Now, Adrian Gallows, a 7 foot 5 walking Tank of unstoppable brutality became patient zero for the "X virus" and thus began a war of the undead. Adrian began turning people into Paleskins" and sought to destroy the two biggest beacons of undead life force he could sense, Afterlife and Deadman.
