Dennis Walter, an up and coming DJ that went viral when he released his song "Dead Beat". he became one of the most highly demanded DJ's in the country but shortly after the release of his debut album "Audio Pollution" he was caught plagiarising from other artists. his album bombed, his record label dropped him and he lost all his money in the lawsuit. he was now broke and forced to live on the streets. he turned to a life of crime and eventually ended up in Reaper's gang of cyberpunk thugs. he was inspired by Reapers body modifications and cybernetic enhancements and had some cybernetic augmentation of his own. he turned himself into a walking sub woofer. with bass blasters attached to his shoulders, back and hands. he uses intense sound waves in the form of Dubstep music to blast shockwaves at his foes and even uses sound waves to make himself levitate. now calling himself "echo" he split from Reapers gang and stole thousands of dollars worth of electronic equipment from their hideout to upgrade himself. he is now a solo act and uses his gadgets to rob banks.
