I like the color on this one better than the black and white one actually...Just wanted to post a comment out of courtesy.

I happen to agree with you. <3 That one captured the mood I wanted to convey much better, somehow (probably because the warmth of the colour takes away from Cas's Sinister Effect).

Thank you. I always adore you comments.
And on the subject, I'm sorry I didn't comment on your edited version of the Lion and Lamb piece (I'm happy you chose that title!). I liked most of what you'd done, and I didn't want to nitpick -- plus, as you know, I love the piece as a whole. Can never say that too many times.

I know how much it bothers people to favorite and not leave a comment, so I thought it would be best for me to leave a simple one, if any at all.

Thank you though ;3;

It's quite alright that you didn't comment! You helped me edit it after all, and actually, I had to re-edit the entire thing twice! I forgot to save the changes on it..silly me;

I'm very glad that you helped proof read it! There were some things I wasn't able to change because I didn't know how to re-word them.

The color on this piece looks very warm, almost hypnotic as they put my little adopted son to sleep (LOL)

I agree with your warmth idea though.

Well, I certainly wouldn't say it 'bothers' me, since I'm very grateful for either. But if I get to choose between them, of course, I'll rather take a comment (however short).

Ah, damn, that's annoying ... well, at least you got it done. *smile* And you made some very nice improvements regardless.

*rofl @ adopted son* Mm, warm hypnosis. That's a good image.

Ah, yes. Thank you. "Castor-san" becomes very upset if I don't spend at least half of the total colouring time on his hair. *wink*

Your coloring is always so awesome! I really like the entire color theme of this, with the lights and darks contrasting <33

One of my favorite parts is Castor's halo. It's not just the little ring above his head like a lot of pictures show, but almost like an illumination coming from his head. Really nice effect! C:

I can find the words Seit, Castor, and Christ, and Lord in the letter jumble. :0 I dunno if that was intentional or not, but I thought that was interesting with the angel theme.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

samisi In reply to iChesh [2008-11-22 22:51:07 +0000 UTC]

~! You really think so? I never thought myself good with colours, so I'm immensely happy to hear that you like it.

Oh, that type of halo just always appealed to me, I guess. Thank you~!

*giggle* It's actually just the letters of Castor's full name jumbled about. But it's very interesting how you found all that in there. I always love to hear people's impression of my work.

Grim-away [2008-11-22 01:31:00 +0000 UTC]

GAH! I love Castor's hair. You did a very good job in attacking my interest. LOL! I like it very much, Samisi. Very nicely done. Even if the colors didn't take you so long, they were all a brilliant choice on a pretty awesome sketch.

It's funny how Cas has the Angelic look to him (LOL god LMFAO)
And Seit has the imagery of demonic wings at the bottom (or so they look like them to me O__o ). Even though they are little it's a damned good contrast.

You can play scrabble with all those words and come up with a weird sentence of your own! Huzzah!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

samisi In reply to Grim-away [2008-11-22 01:58:51 +0000 UTC]

I am very proud to hear of this success~! <33

Angelic, all right; and God, in his dreams ('his' could be double-referential there, I suppose).
The demon wings actually weren't intended, but it's a very cool interpretation. You elevate my work!

Hahahaha~! You certainly can. Seit's brain usually does that.

Thank you so much, Grim!

Grim-away In reply to samisi [2008-11-24 04:38:43 +0000 UTC]

You're very welcome! And wow! That was weird. I liked the effect that the book gave off.
LMAO oh Cas! He's such a narcissist isn't he?

Just a little bit. *sigh* He's lucky Seit isn't much of an 'Echo'.

Oooh, blood pouring off of Castor, and especially where he's touching Seit. The words are bloody too, I notice.

And the part where he's not sharing the panel with Seit is all golden.

'Sweeting'? *delighted giggle* Oh, don't feel pressured to do so. I do know you've actually got things to do. ... ... ...and, er, are actually doing them, instead of scribbling away.

I'll have to really put my sadistic talents to work on Cas sometime, to make you happy~. <3

*chuckle* Because I love shiny shoes. It's more a process of elimination than one of exclusion, since I don't want too many shoes.

God, this is a fascinating subject.

Yes. But relationships based on a similar taste in shoes are not likely to last particularly long.

Definitely. My affinity for shiny shoes, for example, hints at my high standards for personal discipline and appearance.

... They seriously can, though. But it's dangerous (if nothing else) to read too much into them.

Confusing and confused. I guess it is sort of like trying to read a book with the letters all jumbled (certainly gives Cas a headache).
