True, one of them had blue hair in the trailer. And they haven't appeared in the manga yet, I'm not sure if they will appear even. I always thought Ghetsis took N from an orphanage or something, but it's only my speculation.

Because she seems genuinely regretful in game of what was going on with N, and because she looks like him. Notice some slight similarities in the hair, and more importantly, they have very similar eyes.
