Description
The feeling of abandonment had to be the worst feeling a warrior could feel. It had been so long since he had been home, so long since he had seen the faces of his friends. He looked behind him at the she-cat who stood watching him, her green eyes saying good-bye. He knew he would see her again, but his loyalties were with his clan and he was quick to accept the fact that he could not be with her anymore. A final look over her white, orange and black pelt and he disappeared from sight.

It was hard for her, to be gone for so long and have lost so much. Everything that had mattered had been taken away from her and now, now she was back. But there was a longing, to follow the one she had come with as he made his way to where he belonged. She knew her rightful place was not with him, but with her clan, but she watched him as he turned and caught his pale yellow eyes for probably the last time. Tears welled up in her own eyes as she watched him turn away. A tear slid down as his brown and white tabby pelt disappeared from sight.

It seems that when you go out to escape the chaos of your life, everything can get flipped upside down. One thing leads to another and before one knows it, your are in the hands of a twoleg, fighting to get away. But you're not alone; a border skirmish ends badly for two cats. Both were taken to a twoleg nest and were forced to live the lives of kittypets. Sure, some kittypets aren't half bad, but the yearning to be free and back with the clan was to deep inside for either of them to adjust to the soft life. They spent nearly three months devising a way to get out of the collars that wouldn't let you leave. The time they spent at the twoleg nest severed the walls the two of them had put up and they became good friends. Without the other, neither would have been able to get home to their clan.

Echocaves Roleplaying <3

My characters Hurricanetalon from Duskclan and Shimmerlight from Caveclan are finally returning home after being taken by twolegs for three moons in order to make up for my absense from the site. The are both going they're seperate ways and told each other that they could only meet from now on at the gathering.

But who says nothing happened in the time they were gone...? /shot

I am thinking of maybe having Hurricane be pregnant just to give this a bit more of a plot. She would have two kittums, One to stay with her in Dusk, while the other goes to stay with Shimmer in Cave.

Don't worry though, that would most likely be the end of the pairing and they would then go their seperate ways and find new mates in their own clan. I just think they are cute <3

The background is based off of the one by I did not steal it, but hers was absolutely gorgeous and didn't fit the picture, so I remade it, adding my own ideas, touches and colours.
