Here's another Halloween OC I created for the month of October.

Meet the crazy yet friendly Witch Agnes! A spell caster as well as a funny and feisty character who only wants to make things right. She is also up for a good trick as long as it doesn't go too far.

For her design, I basically modelled her after both versions of Witch Hazel which came from Disney's 1952 animated short "Trick or Treat" and the Looney Tunes Cartoons. Hopefully she came out great!
