Hetalia is an anime which turns countries on Earth into humans, EG. Austria is in this one particular poster. There are about 100 episodes and each are about six minutes long. The series itself revolves around World War II and the main characters of the show are the Axis, Italy, Germany and Japan and the Allies, America, England, Russia, France and China.
This isn't the best explanation but... if you want to know more, look up Axis Powers Hetalia on google and you can read about it on Wikipedia or something...
