Personality:
Ayosgi, a gentle soul grown cold by what he has seen in his many days. Battling not with bronze as much as brains and tactic. He is not as big as many warrior stags but just as athletic, maybe even more so since he has less bulk to carry with him.

At one point regarded as the most reliable of his army, now on the tail end of his prime he has fought many battles and is regarded to as the wise but quiet one, better to take the back seat and help decide motive and moves when a battle erupts. He enjoys his quiet time patrolling and watching over his herdmates.

Ayo is all business. He very rarely is 'friendly' with other fawnlings but accepting, hard to converse with - never giving more information than need be. Many herd mates regard him as the odd or mysterious one - though those who really know him will understand his stoney appearance and emotionless ways are truly hiding a trustworthy seasoned warrior.

History (in simplified/short form):
Very few know Ayo's past. He keeps quiet, careful not to give away to much information.

As a young stag, Ayo had spent his life enjoying the forests and meadows of Glenmore. He had always been a bit of a loner, reserved ever since his early days he was more independent, always the first to part from his mothers care at any chance and go off and explore. At the start of his life as he was, Ayo always felt uncontent. Feeling the set ways of Royalty in Glenmore didn't fit him, He never seemed to agree with what the elders told him.

As a result he found himself parting from his blood herd and better excepting the ways of the nearby Windbornes. Against his mothers wishes, he accepted shunning and joined the Windborne. While his independence may have been what has drawn him to the Windborne ways, his natural born Glenmore loyalty and nobility proved a great quality to be mixed in and keep a balance among the open and sometimes wild ways of the Windborne. Though not always the most welcoming of herds, Windborne was just right for Ayosgi.

He found his place as a solider for the herd, starting out on the lower ranks he soon made his way to be known as a reliable level-headed hand and was always first to be called upon to join in on the treks and battles. He was content in being just the hand, the middle man. He didn't search for overall recognition, he turned down any advancement in ranks.

Ayosgi today, a respected and decorated soldier, likes to stand strong in his position and 'mentor', if you will, his fellow and aspiring soldiers and is very accomplished in training young Stags (and Does at times) to be successful soldiers. Even if they don't always catch on to his out-of-the-box training methods, in the end he see his 'students' go on to surpass himself in rank.

Ayo knows that Windborne is a very independent culture and as many whispers in the crowd claim it to be falling apart slowly, and Ayosgi wants to do his best to hold his beloved Windborne together.
