Every single god damn time.I've randomly been drawing out in public, and this has happened countless times. It's either "Draw me! Draw me a tattoo! Draw my cat! etc etc etc"
IF I WANT TO, I WILL.
I've never understood how if people see me drawing people that they ask "OH MY GOD PLEASE DRAW MY PUPPY"
WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I CAN DRAW ANIMALS.

i've also had a girl at school demand a drawing from me and got all angry when I said I didn't want to. never understood that.

Why oh why is it tattoos. No matter what kind of artist you are, they'll ask anyways. Uuuugggh. I also think it's rude how people you can't draw will always assume it's ok to ask (but in a demanding tone) you do them a free drawing.

I KNOW. I hate when I know someone who doesn't draw/doesn't want to learn and goes "Ohhh, could you draw me XYZ for my blog/website/Tumblr/Grandma's birthday card?"
And I'm flattered people like my art... BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOU ARE ALLOWED TO ASK ME TO DRAW YOUR FREAKING LITTLE SISTER. If you want a picture, spend a little cash, people. Do you really think I'm going to spend four hours on a picture that you're not going to give me anything in return? Do I have nothing better to do with my time?

I was drawing a pony once, and it was this really super cartoony pony. Then, some random lady came up and said "Wow, that's really good! Can you draw me?" I said "No, I don't really want to. And, I'm not very good at drawing people." Know what this lady says? "Aww, c'mon! Try!"

some girl saw me drawing and requested I draw her and I told her I'm not good at drawing people's faces and having it actually look like them but she kept insisting so being nice I tried
