Eishou is reacting to their battle and the damage it is causing the forest around but she has no idea what exactly is going on. Neji observes the high chakra levels and black flames of the ameterasu with his byakugan and warns Eishou against heading in the direction of the Uchiha compound. In spite of Eishou's caring nature, her ability to sense chakra, and her deep kinship with nature, Eishou is still a civilian. Neji is upholding his duty to protect her as a shinobi and keep her from any danger.
