Rocky.
Rocky has an eye allergy right now ( That flaky skin near his eyes)
He got it last spring as well, and we thought it was mange, but it didn't spread and it went away after all the pollen died down.
So, I did some research when spring hit this year and so did his allergy. And I figured out it's a reaction to all the pollen.
Does anyone else have this problem with their dog?

Love this shot. I just got to say, your Rocky looks nothing like =italian-pitbull 's mongrel, which is a mutt she has to glorify by referring to it as some sort of rare and spectacular breed since she cannot appreciate the dog for being the mutt that he is; I really do hate it when people try to compare their pet's appearance to another, in my opinion it is no different than saying my daughter looks just like your sister or your grandfather looks like he could be my cousin's twin, and what kind of person does that anyway... Haha, sorry. Rocky is a handsome boy in any case, very puppyish in the face, beautiful.

He's cute. Beautiful eyes too! My one dog gets teary eyes and ends up with the brownish streaks underneath (he's all white) my other just sneezes practically constantly.

Rocky is a Lab mixed with possibly mastiff and rottweiler. He doesn't have any white on him, and he's 100+ lbs. (doesn't look like it in the pic haha ) And yours has longer hair than him.
I just love Moose's tri coloring! And their eyes are so much alike

Rottweiler
Roman Rottweilers are the mastiff-type rottweiler. They are just as tall as my boy, just as lean, and just as heavy (he is now 150+ and if he stands up on his hind legs, nearly as tall as myself and I'm 5'8... standing on all fours he's almost to my hip)

They're much bigger than American/German rotts, have nicer conformation, and over all lean more toward the original rottweiler more than the new standard ones we produce today. Most rottweilers today look like you took an old english bulldog and crossed it with them, then back bred it to a rottweiler several times to give it a big fat head, short smashed in muzzle, mean temperament, and a very thick/short body.

Wow. I would not have guess that he weighed 150 pounds. he looks about 80.
I can see that Rocky could have the roman rottweiler in him, but that's def. not all!
He had 8 siblings, 2 of them looked like black mouth curs, and the rest pretty much looked like your boy.
Rocky was the largest out of the litter, at least 2 times the size of all the others. And he was the only black and tan one.
We do know that his mother is a lab, the owners think that she bred with their "hound mix".
But they really have know clue, because they are careless and irresponsible owners.

Moose's siblings were funny looking. They looked like fat little husky/lab crosses, even though their father was the giant rottweiler. He was the medium sized one of the bunch, and while they were all mellow, I don't think either of the other two ever grew up to show any rottweiler in their blood. Their mother was half chocolate lab half husky and they were over all just an oops XD they had the female outside to go to the bathroom and the neighbor's dog ended up getting loose (it happens). Both owners were responsible enough to interview people even though the pups were free. They really didn't just want to hand them out to any passer by!
Rocky's head shape, the eyes, and ears would indicate that he has some rottweiler in him somewhere- no matter what kind. His ears as well. While he may be other things, there's no fooling when it comes to rottie traits XD Even the doberman still has indicators that it's a rottweiler mix (as well as great dane, german shepherd, and several other breeds)
