good thing his skin was flame retardant! to bad for the clothes though... But yeah he is really holding that fire and no it didn't hurt him, just scared him a bit at first as it does me hahapart of the humans and natual elements thing -taken with color film iso 200
P FREAKIN S. this was way harder then you think it was most likely. first off it's so hard to focus in such low light situations and to get it with no motion blur and him looking at the camera rather then the flame! Plus we didn't want to burn him and I was working with a camera with no zoom for a better aperture availability. Anyways thought i would throw that out there. Cause I was proud of all these

Loved the colours, the contrast, it's a great shot.
Ever since I learned to make a fireball like that [and I do have some and love playing with them xD] I wanted a picture like this one...
But as I got no photographer to model to, I'm still waiting .-.

I must say they are rather enjoyable! Ahh but the first time it scared me so bad just to have it dropped into my hand. UG. My nerves were so focused on it hurting that my brain was to no avail. But I think I've gotten used to it

hm...I'm quite interested in how his skin was so flame retardant. 
You've done a good job here of making the sexual element of this piece sort of fade into the background, somehow. I think maybe it's his guarded expression and how it's situated in between the brightest and darkest spaces of the picture..
