Looks very good. I especially like the fact that these aren't using hundreds of different colors.
I copied it to Paint to have a closer look, and you're still using a proper amount of colors - if that makes sense..
Can I ask how you accomplished this? I'm curious..

I have limited the amount of color by photoshop, from 256 to 64.

Is that a feature that photoshop has (and does for you), or is it still a manual process?

Photoshop does, I do not know if it's the best way to do it, but it's much faster

Can I ask what process you used exactly in Photoshop to achieve this result? It looks amazing! Did you do any editing on the sprite afterwards?

image>mode>indexed cores, so you choose how many to use

Thanks, I figured it out a while back and have actually been using that technique a bit.

It certainly would be much faster. I like doing that stuff myself, manually.
I like the process more than the final result, which is why I put myself through that.
And, I've never worked with Photoshop, so while the process might be a lot faster, I'd still have to invest time trying to learn how to use Photoshop.
Love your work, hope to see this Goro in some YouTube MK mugen vid soon!
