I find this comic both funny but also slightly dark. Though I tend to like when things suddenly go dark

Well after Dipcifica sailed off like a rocket and Wendippers were constantly reminded that Dipper was too young for Wendy the joke was that those who still shipped Wendip were holding on to the last remaining pieces of dritwood which was their ship

There sure is no reason to get way too worked up over a ship of two fictional characters. Sure can say I have my dislikes(Like for this fandom basically all Bill ships, they make no sense to me), though I have no right to deny someone who likes those to like 'em.
Myself go for the Dipcifica ship, could see it work out if the two would have more positive interaction with each other, though I sure don't mind WenDip as long as its done well.

Personally, I'm not all that interested in shipping wars. I don't care who other people think fictional characters should be with. Something that I find great about the GF fan base is that shipping wars don't seem to be a big issue. Most people are chill with each other's ships (except maybe Pinecest, which deserve it).

I'm with Dipper, I'm all for a little romance on the side (it gives me hope that the characters will have some sort of a normal life after the story) but with books like the Hunger Games, I felt like all the shipping wars was kinda taking away the point Suzanne Collins was trying to make.
