Awesome piece!
Your use of color is really outstanding, especially with how you added them next to pure black.
Also, oh man, the reflection off the wet pavement is really nice. It's mesmerizing really.

What brushes do you use, rather how do you get reflections down at the bottom?

Hi, mostly I use brushes I find and download throughout the internet, usually however I just use a simple hard round brush to pick out shapes. The reflections at the base of the image were created using the smudge brush tool, if you click and hold on the regular brush tool it should show at the bottom, I'm not 100% sure of what it is called though.
