Confound these Muppets! They drive me to keep drawing crossovers! Just one more can't hurt, can it?

Here is my submission for Day 17 of the Equestria Daily blog's Artist Training Ground event, which I submitted under my pseudonym "EssAeEm." The event challenges Equestria Daily [link] readers to get some practice drawing by posting daily themes based around the characters from the surprisingly awesome "My Little Pony Friendship is Magic" TV show. The theme for Day 17 was "Draw a pony in space," so here's a drawing of PONIES... IN... SPACE!!! In this take on the beloved Pigs in Space sketch from The Muppet Show, Big Macintosh fills in for Link Hogthrob, Miss Rarity takes on the role of First Mate Miss Piggy, and Spike stands in for Dr. Julius Strangepork. (And, yes, I do know Spike's not a pony, but I just couldn't see any of the ponies as Strangepork). I think this might me a little more obscure of a reference that my previous MLP/Muppet crossovers, but I hope you enjoy in nonetheless. I also hope I'm not overdoing it with all the crossovers this weekend, but I think I've just about got it out of my system for now... maybe.

I don't know if I'll be able to take part in every day of this event, but I'll try as many as I can because I could always use more practice drawing, so keep an eye out for them in the "My EqD ATG Artwork" folder of my profile for them [link]
