I had originally figured he'd be all about direct damage and whatnot, creatures that can shoot other creatures and players, but the more I got to thinking about it, Bullseye would be all about the coinflips. Since he has crazy aiming ability, he'd just aim the flips so that he always got the outcome he wanted, giving him an unfair advantage over an otherwise random effect.

Or he'd just use the coin to kill the other player and take their stuff.

The great thing is he's going to kill somebody with that gun by throwing it at them. And they'll probably explode like a blood squib when it connects.
