In the early 2380's The Heinrich empire formed an Alliance with the commonwealth of India, the largest faction in India who were currently losing against the invading New sun Chinese.

In this alliance the Indians, who currently are the largest food producers in the world agreed that in exchange for massive amounts of Food (especially rice) The Heinrichs would help build up a proper Indian army from the lose connection of militias it was before, As of now there are 3000 Heinrichs troops stationed in India, with a whole 1/3 being training staff.

"To secure our friendship, we must commit to dubious efforts that will not only preserve the Indian right of sovereignty, but to remain defiant against the Sino Tyranny. With backbreaking labor, this army shall be the finest in all the East, set in accordance to our standards. We will not rest until they have proven themselves capable."
