Simply put it just means having the other person pull all their weight on you, some like it when a woman kinda jumps on top of them or lays on top of them usually it comes with fat fetish. It also goes along with Giantism and such.
Basically well for me anyways (everyone has a different view on the subject) I LOVE the idea of trying to handle all my gf's weight no matter how heavy she is, I want to be able to have her lay over me and press all her plush down onto me
