    "The 6 chosen ones protect the world as the other 6 try to rule it. They are known as the Sages and Shadows. Each Sage is chosen by personality; there is Battle, Friendship, Wisdom, Love, Courage, and Faith. The same goes for the Shadows: Weakness, Insolence, Futility (or stupidity), Hatred, Fright, and Resign. I am the Sage of Wisdom. You are the Sage of Battle and your Shadow is Dark Samus. Accept this gift, protect it and keep it a secret, Samus Aran." Lucario told me not long after I came to Brawl.
   "Why not destroy all Shadows? Why do we have to keep ourselves a secret?"
   "Another person would just be chosen; it's a cycle. Also, if everyone were to find out about us, the whole world would be in complete chaos, even the Shadows don't want that."
    "Who are the rest of the Sages and Shadows?"
    "That's for you to find out young one."
   "Young? I'm like 22."
   He made a soft laugh, "Exactly, now be careful with Dark Samus. She's actually very strong for the Shadow of Weakness."
   "Metra? But I killed her didn't I?"
    "That's what you think. Now I'll be seeing you Samus..."
    I was thinking about this exact conversation while driving my way back to Brawl from the Galactic Federation. There was a small Space Pirate infestation, not much.  I was heading to the Hyrule Temple where Zelda and Peach were waiting; Zelda said something about introducing me to somebody. I passed at first but she somehow talked me into it. She was my best friend after all next to Peach. Then I landed near the castle and exited the ship without taking off my Power Suit. I never take off my suit just to meet someone; I'm a jerk like that, and I can admit it.
   "Hi Samus what're you doing here?" Peach asked.
    "You girls told me to come."
   "That's tomorrow…" Zelda said.
   "Oh…then why am I still wearing this?" I said as I took off the Varia Suit and threw the pieces out the window. I'm sure I heard a couple yells when I tossed them out, but I didn't care; but I think Zelda did. Then we started to talk about us.
   "Come on Samus you know I'm able to defeat you if Mario was by side." Peach pointlessly argued with me.
   "Okay first: I am a champion Brawler. Second, you hate fighting. Third, just because you have that ability doesn't mean you guys can kick my butt. Not to mention it's a 2 vs. 1 battle, that wouldn't be fair."
   "Well… you have a point." Peach admitted.
   "Besides all that, who would win a fight: the Sage of Battle or Love?" they didn't answer it looked like they were still deciding. I rolled my eyes and looked out the window. I saw a white bird fly towards us. I took a closer look, it was Pit. "Guess which Sage is heading here…"
   "Faith?" Zelda asked. I nodded. Peach got excited.
   "Wonder why he's here…" I added they shrugged.
   Then he flew right through the window, it's his usual entrance. "Hi girls…" he greeted. We said hi. "I was just gliding around when I um… crashed-"
   "That's a surprise," I said sarcastically.
   Pit smiled and continued, "I happened to land in front of two knights." Zelda looked a little surprised and started to listen more carefully, "They asked if I knew you, Zelda. They told me to tell you they'd be here by tomorrow morning."
   "Not hard to believe they know Zelda; she knows everybody!" Peach said.
   "Well I am the Sage of Friendship, after all." Zelda added.
    "Anyway, that's pretty much it! See you later!" Pit said as he flew off. We waved goodbye then realized it was getting late. Peach and I decided to sleep there.
   About 5 minutes later, Peach and Zelda were fast asleep. But I was staring at the night sky. I felt like there was something missing in my life. I had great friends, I must admit that. There was a lot of adventure in my life…but many people died for me. Why would they do that? So I can kill more people? I wiped out an entire alien race for crying out loud! Make that two; Metriods and my dear Chozo. Is that why I'm so cruel, because I don't want anyone else yo die for me? Like my parents, the Chozo, even Adam, who was my first love. I didn't even get the chance to tell him how I feel. It was getting late so I decided to rest. I have a feeling tomorrow will be an interesting day...
