   "What happen to you?" a voice echoed, "Since when did you become the damsel in distress? You used to be so independent…now you're weak…" Metra appeared from the darkness. Ike was next to me. Metra started to charge her beam. She fired at me, but Ike pushed me, and he flew back. He was on the floor, motionless. I kneeled down… blood was bleeding through his clothes he was dead. I yelled his name, but Metra's laugh surrounded me.
   I woke up that morning, but not on the floor. I looked around me; I was on Ike's chest. I turned red, luckily, he wasn't awake yet. He was in the same position as I last saw him, his head towards the sky. Wait…that means I was the one who moved. I put the cape over him and left for some berries…limping.
   When I was picking our breakfast, I heard rustling in the bushes. God, I don't know if I can beat someone up with a bad leg. But I was in my defense position, anyway. Ike appeared and I sighed with relief. "What are you doing?" he asked.
   "Getting us some breakfast…" I smiled and gave him a couple berries.
   "With a limping leg?" he said as he popped a berry in his mouth.
   "I'm fine…please Ike, I insist…"
   "Alright," he sighed, "but at least let me help you walk." I agreed, so I put my arm around him and his was around my shoulder. I blushed.
   A little later I was thinking about my nightmare. Was it a sign? Was I really weak now? Then I wasn't paying attention, and tripped on a tree's root. I fell on Ike and landed on top of him. We were both red. Our faces were so close. "S-Sorry about that Ike…" I said still blushing.
   "I-It's alright…maybe I should carry you again…" I nodded, and we realized I was still on top of him. We helped each other up, and he carried me again. I loved Ike…probably more than Adam. I never felt this way before. Every time I look at him, my heart pounds. But, I can't get any closer to him; it's too big of a risk. I sighed, Ike looked at me concerned. I smiled at him as a message that everything's okay, though it's not.
   I don't know what to do. The man I love is in danger by just being with me. "Samus, are you okay? You seem stressed."
   "I'm fine,"
   "Liar…" he laughed. I smiled. "You are not an ordinary woman, Samus."
   "Yeah I know, I'm a bounty hunter, like to battle and-"
   "So generous,"
   "What?"
   "You always do things yourself and never ask for help."
   "Most people call it selfish,"
   "That's not true, those people are jealous."
   "No one has ever been this understanding…" he smiled at me. I smiled back. He had a wonderful smile as well. And those eyes, and…No, how can I stop? I felt Peach's presence again. I hate to admit it, but I could use some of her advice right now.
   Then the forest started to fade, and revealed a valley with a lot of hills. It hit sunset, and we decided to lie on a large patch of long, soft grass. We watched the sunset go down. It was beautiful, almost as much as him. He's so perfect, muscular, understanding, handsome… I love him. I actually love him…
   "We should be in Brawl by tomorrow," Ike said. I forgot why we were doing this.
   "Well…I guess we'll see everyone then…" we both sounded a bit sad.
   "Samus…I…" I looked at him waiting for the rest of his sentence, "never mind…" he said. I shrugged as we kept gazing at the stars. He pointed and named many of them. I realized my head was on his chest, but he didn't seem to mind; in fact, I think he liked it, and so did I. We were quiet for a while. My hand was on his stomach, and his hand was on top of mine. His beating heart was slowly drifting me to sleep.
