Wow, he destroyed half of his interior! (How did you do this, actually?)
I love this idea, I've seen other interpretations of it and it's always exciting to see what people do with it.

XD TY.  It was my first attempt at Blender Cycles render. Texturing and setting up the nodes for each object, was a learning experience. To put it lightly. ^^ I also had to remap his hair. I suppose I didn't have to, but I couldn't figure out any other way.  I can't seem to find who did the extraction for the room interior. Hawke's Bedroom (Da2), but it was fun ripping it apart and remapping stuff to look broken.

I guess either deexie or berserker79 did it, but I think deexie. Berserker made the Bethany room for sure, though. What do you mean by ripping apart?

Cool, thx. I really need to keep track of who did the work on extracting. ^^ I'm still a moderate noob at blender so my wording is probably way off.  By ripping apart I mean taking each prop and removing it from the original set. Some of the architecture scenes come as one linked item. I can't remember if that was the case with that room, but I think some of it was, i.e. the curtains and the dressers, vases, ect. I separated each one in edit mode (the L key is my best friend), and then was able to move them around, alter them or delete them. I also redid some of the normal maps with Insane Bump the stand alone version.

Easiest way is to put it into the description every time until you memorize it.
But even then, the uploader is always happy, I guess. Cool, I didn't even know you can seperate things! That's amazing.
You are incredibly experimental! It took me years to find out all thse things in my program.

Which program are you using? I used to hate blender, took me forever to get comfortable with it. I still crash my graphics card from time to time experimenting with random buttons. "Oooo what does this button do?"  "Ahh I see, that button lights my computer on fire.."

XPS, the easiest one.
What made you understand Blender in the end?

I've pudded around with it for ages, creating objects for online virtual worlds. I stuck with it after exploring a few others, mainly because it's free lol.  I took endless hours of tutorials, finally lucked out and found a few friends who were willing to sit down and teach me stuff via screen share. There was a lot of shouting, "NO! I said the left button! Left! Left!! That one there! The one that looks like a frog on a toaster! Yes! That one!"
