Fauns are part of the nature magic in the world, specifically animals, and they work in sync with nymphs that help out plant-wise. Due to their magical nature, fauns are unable to use metal weapons or armor (a little on their clothes is fine) so he either has to subdue his foes with magical means, or by summoning a natural weapon from the earth. Might be a club from a tree, or horn dagger, or a mace made of femurs and jawbones.This specific faun is named Hircus and he's particularly skilled at subduing beasts with his pipes.
